Canada-Inspired Knitting Pattern Collection

Did you hear that the third knitting pattern collection in the Home Series has officially been released?! The Home series is a project that's been in the making since January 2020, and now it is finally wrapped up 11 months later!

The series began with the My Forever Home knitting pattern collection (including five DK weight knitting patterns using yarn primarily from Montana-based indie dyers) and was released on Montana's birthday (November 8th). Part two of the series was the A New Home knitting pattern collection (including four fingering weight knitting patterns using yarn from North Carolina-based indie dyers) and was released on North Carolina's birthday (November 21st).

Now, the third and final part of the collection was just released today, December 8th! This collection is the Next Door Neighbors knitting pattern collection, including two super bulky weight knitting patterns using yarn from Canada-based indie dyers. Both of the patterns in this collection are quick, fun, and cozy knits -- perfect for holiday gift knitting!

10% of sales December 8 - January 8 will be donated to Hands Up Canada to help those who don't have a home and are living in Canada

THE DESIGNS:

The Next Door Neighbors Collection includes two designs: a hat and mittens.

Windy Shores Hat

Super cozy and quick to knit, the Windy Shores Hat makes for a wonderful gift knit. The pattern includes child through large adult sizes and the option to make a messy bun version or a plain beanie version. Its wave texture makes it a fun, engaging knit. This pattern was designed with Flock Fibre Studio yarn.

Cozy in the Mountains Mittens

A fun, simplistic pattern, the Cozy in the Mountains Mittens are thick, warm, and cozy. The design is minimalistic with a touch of interest through a large off-centered cable on the back of each hand. The knit is quick and enjoyable. This pattern was designed using Leo & Roxy Yarn Co yarn.
